My name is Christopher, I’m starting this blog because I’ve always enjoyed writing, and I have a passion for God. I am very nervous about doing this, I have never publicly talked about God, nor do I have an educational background in religion. However after hearing numerous pastors speak about how you should use your passions or talents to glorify God I’ve decided to give this a shot. I attend His Way Church, I feel like it is the right church for me, it was a long process finding and at sometimes even believing I didn’t need a church. Over the next month I am going to be posting a four part piece I wrote called “The Journey” which focuses on how I got here, my struggles with depression and understanding God. I am hoping this blog can help people understand God’s love and not focus on judgment, hatred or animosity. God willingly this will help me and others get closer to the Lord.
